Ddrum's newly expanded line of Acoustic and
Electronic drums made its debut at the 2005 Percussive
Arts Socitey International Convention (or PASIC,)
in Columbus, OH. From November 3 to 5, thousands of
student and professional percussionists walked the
exhibit halls of the Columbus Convention Center in
search of the perfect drum kit....and they found it
at DDRUM!

The INDY kit made
its final appearance at PASIC, and was augmented
by a set of Ddrum System SE electronics and 10" and
12" Deccabons.
This custom USA kit wowed show-goers with its seemingly
limitless tone. |

Other kits on display were
a Smoke Diode Dominator kit, an Anaheim Orange Dominion
Maple Dorian kit, the newly improved Diatribe Player kit
in Tobaccoburst, and a double-kick Diablo PUNX kit in Tantrum
with toms from 8"
to 18". |

| PASIC 2005 marked the
debut of COMBAT PUNX, the latest addition to the Diablo
drum line. The kit features a military grade, camouflage
canvas exterior that is heat-compressed to the shell
to prevent warpage and extra impact resistance. Extra
upgrades include lacquered maple hoops, and....well,
you are just going to have to wait until they are
unveiled at NAMM to hear about the rest! |
