Jeff Fabb

Born and raised in Mattituck, a small town on the eastern end of long island, a kid with a love for music and a passion for drumming started banging on pots and pans at an early age. Thanks to a tolerant mother who always let him practice in the basement, he quickly realized he had found something special and could not live without it, even for a day.

He soon started lessons with the noteable local music instructor Mark Larosa, who brought his playing to another level. Mark not only taught drums but also guitar, he would incorporate jamming along with him which really helped with learning how to adapt to different musical situations later on. A few years later Fabb would find himself playing in high school variety shows, out door festivals, battle-of-the bands, and basement shows all over Long Island.

A trip to Los Angeles to visit his sister would change his life forever. At the age of nineteen he packed his bag and moved out west, not looking for "rock stardom", but more opportunity and variety. The Los Angeles paper "The Music Connection" was a way for Fabb to start networking with musicians and bands, it was also a painful process. "There are so many musicians and bands in LA, and it seems everyone is looking for fame and fortune at the same time, it's crazy." It was a number of years playing in different bands, paying to play, working different jobs, wondering if it was ever going to happen.

Well, sticking to it and not giving up led Fabb in meeting Chris Howorth, the now lead guitarist of In This Moment, and the rest is history. The LA based metal/rock band has turned from domestic to an international touring act in just a few years. They have shared the stage with metal icons such as Ozzy Ozbourne, Megadeth, Rob Zombie, Mudvayne and many more.
