ddrum is proud to announce the addition of legendary clinician and powerhouse drummer Mike Terrana to their artist roster.

Terrana's drumming highlights include visually stunning speed chops, amazing stick control, double-bass agility, and massive grooves. Mike is an amazing high energy performer and will be ddrum's featured touring clinician.

Known for his virtuoso work with Yngwie Malmsteen and Tony Macalpine, Terrana has also worked with Euro-rock giants Masterplan and Tarja (ex-singer of Nightwish). Terrana's highly charged clinics and solo drum performances define the term EXTREME DRUMMING. With two DVD releases (Double Bass Mechanics and The Rhythm Beast) and hundreds of recordings to his credit, Mike is a vital part of ddrum's new Artist Clinic Program.

Terrana on signing with ddrum:
"I met Elliott Rubinson (President of ddrum) during a performance at the Wacken Festival in Germany. He approached me and asked if I knew or heard of ddrum. He further explained that ddrum was focused on building acoustic drums and looking for artists to play and help develop their new acoustic drum range. A few weeks after our meeting a ddrum kit arrived. I played it for a few days in my practice room... I was hooked and signed with ddrum soon after. I am using both the new Diaton Acrylic Kits and the Dominion Ash kits. These drums always sound great in the studio and on the stage. ddrum is well crafted instrument, easy to tune and always inspiring to play. It is truly a pleasure and an honor to be associated with ddrum."

Mike is performing live at ddrum's booth (3.0 D74) at the 2008 Musik Messe, as well as performing on the Agoura Stage Saturday at 12 pm.
